Please note:
Each product has a different dispatch time, which is displayed on the basket page. The above delivery timescales are quoted from date of dispatch. If you are ordering multiple items, please note the order will not be shipped until its complete. We wait for items with the longest dispatch time & then dispatch in one parcel.
Orders must be placed before 2:00pm to guarantee same day despatch for express delivery. Only applies to eligible products, items which state 2-3+ days dispatch will not qualify for Next Day Delivery.
UK Express Delivery
Express delivery is only available to mainland UK customers. It costs £5.99. We can deliver the next working day if the order is placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and select express service your order will be delivered on the Tuesday of that following week.
We will update you with the orders tracking via text message or email. They will also notify you in advance of the delivery time slot, of which you can change if not convenient. Please note we can not accept responsibility for lost goods which are delivered and left without a signature as instructed by the customer.
If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave in a 'Safe Place' or leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you an option to rearrange delivery or an alternative address from which you can collect the parcel.
UK Standard Delivery
This service is from just £3.99 per order and you will have your order delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch. (Please note this is not a signed for service). Upon dispatch you will be sent an e-mail containing your official order number and the website tracking link and you will be able to view the status of your parcel. We use Royal Mail 48 for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Isle of Man regions.
If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave the parcel in a 'Safe Place' or leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt. The option will be given to re arrange the delivery.

What is a ParcelShop
- At checkout select EVRi ParcelShop as your delivery option and choose your nearest shop of pick up location.
- Over 8500+ local businesses across the UK and growing. There are also 5,500+ lockers, which you can use to collect & return parcels 24/7.
Process your order through to delivery option within our Outdoor Look store. Please check the dispatch times, displayed on the basket page in red Typeface. These time frames need to be added to the Evri ParcelShop time.

30 Days Return Policy
Any orders placed between November and the 25th December can be returned up until the 30th January. Our standard returns policy applies after the 26th December.
Return via Royal Mail
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us. Please include the original invoice document and complete the reverse tear off slip as instructed. This is your returns ID and without this we can not refund.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please take the goods to your local post office and send them back to us (the address is Outdoor Look t/a Brookes UK Ltd, Union Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 7BN)
It can usually take up to 10 working days (ex weekends and bank holidays) for your return to be delivered back into our warehouse, depending on which postal service your choose to use eg Royal Mail, EVRi, DPD or a secure coourier of your choice.
We send you an email as soon as we’ve receipted it onto our warehouse system in its original condition & apply a refund. We endeavour to process all returns within 24/48 hours of receipt but during peak seasonal periods and around Xmas & the New Year, this can take 3-4 days, we appreciate your patience in advance.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. Typically, it can take a few working days in the UK, depending on your bank / card processor.
N.B.: Carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty. Please note that the carriage cost of sending items to you may be more than amount you were charged for delivery (which in most cases is a subsidised cost).
