It is sweat-resistant and lets your breathe easily, perfect for when you are working up a sweat on the trails. The side-seamed construction minimizes twisting of the t shirt, so you dont need to keep rearanging it as you hike, which makes it also a perfect baselayer when worn as part of a winter layering system.
