The All-Terrain courses are about knowing and learning all the skills that will enable you to know how to ski and have better control over your body. The structure of the course varies with the levels including beginner, intermediate, and expert levels.

To know more about the challenges with each level, read on:

  1.     Level 3 Runs

The level three runs involve the blue and red runs. This level is all about gaining confidence while you venture out to know more about the pistes. Start learning how to tackle the fresh snow and the groomed pistes. It will also give you the skills to cope with bad ice as well as problem in visibility.

  1.     Level 4 Runs

The level four runs are all reds and blacks which will be more adventurous. Once you learn how to tackle the blacks, the blacks will get steeper after a point of time. They get icier and narrower and might be difficult for you if you do not know how to progress. This is where the ‘open environment’ starts and you get to see the snow and terrain getting more varied. If you have previously tackled a few bumps, then you can easily start working your way up here. The whole week will be split into the following:

  • Steeper terrain
  • Bumps
  • Piste skiing
  • Intro to off-piste

  1.     Levels 4/5 Frontside Off-Piste

Welcome to the Frontside off-piste. Here, you will be able to tackle the blacks and become a competent off-piste skier. You will be at the top of the mountain and wish that you could ski some more, but you will realise you need more training. There are no lifts, just endless pistes that need tackling with precision. The week is then split into:

  • Bumps
  • Steeper terrain
  • Intro to off-piste
  • Piste skiing

The mountain becomes more varied and thus you will become more experienced with time and practice.

  1.     Level 5 Backsides Off-Piste

Level 5 welcomes you with rough edges, deeper slopes, and uneven terrain. If you are happy tackling bumps and steep slopes, you will be able to experience different types of challenges including:

  • Improving and coping with the new challenges
  • To ski with skiers on the same level
  • To ski in places where you would find it challenging to usually ski alone
  • Steeper terrain
  • Bumps
  • Off-piste

The week is split into the kind of challenge that includes learning how to ski on the fresh snow as well as the skiing bumps and carving practice.

  1.     Extreme Off Piste

Although you have already learnt how to tackle the red and the blacks, it is important to know about the everyday conditions of the snow as well as the first lift out and the lift back. If you find it difficult to explore the terrain with similar-experienced people, you need not worry. The Snoworks All-Terrain level 7 is here to help you with it.

The Big Pro Programme includes Backcountry courses, Test techniques, Euro tests, Instructor training, and a lot more. The following level will be split into the following:

  • Bumps
  • Steeper terrain
  • Off-piste
  • Developing skills on piste
