Service rating : Bought a jacket. The jacket came in a appalling condition (covered in dirt/dust). Sent it back (cost me £6 to do that - no free returns). Got an email that the refund has been processed but still no money ony account.
Product : Jacket came with tags but all covered in dirt/dust. Looked like it's been lying somethere on a dirty floor for a while. No one checked it's condition before sending it to me.Sorry to hear of your experience, I will investigate what's happened this morning. We have process's to check every item before its shipped. sometimes if the item is delivered from the manufacturer in a sealed bag it can be difficult to check but this shouldn't happen. I have refunded the cost of the carriage today back onto your card and apologise. We take pride in shipping quality products I can assure you this is an extremely rare case, of which we will fully investigate. Thanks again for letting us know.

Delivery is fast and reliable.14-May-2012Trespass Toliman Shell JacketDidn't deliver on timeThank you for your feedback, I have looked into your order and can see that we experienced some difficulties with our courier when changing your delivery address as requested. I'm afraid that when we requested the delivery address to be changed this was not updated by the couriers until we chased this again the following day. This is not something we do very regularly with them as the vast majority of our orders are delivered to the original delivery address within 24 hours, we have taken this up with our couriers and logged as a complaint as obviously this service is available and should of been processed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this error but we are confident that this will not happen again and was unfortunately a human error that was out of our control. Kind Regards.

Product : parcel was left on door step , not happy about thisThanks for the feedback, I understand your concern. The item was dispatched via Royal Mail, they should have posted a card through your door and alert you to collection point. I can only assume you have a relationship with the postman and he's done this before (left the parcel as some people prefer this). we'll track the parcel back to the relevant depot and take this up with Royal Mail.
