Trespass Ladies Yoko 3 in 1 Jacket

Service rating : The item arrived promptly but was sadly not my size. As it was the largest in that range I was not able to exchange it for a bigger size. Outdoor look dealt with the return promptly although I did have to pay for postage unlike with other companies. I'm not sure if I would use them again for this reason because almost £5 in postage is a lot to pay for an item you don't want. As it's difficult to get sizing right from a catalogue and all firms vary what their sizing means I would prefer to use a firm that I can try the item for sizing without having to pay for return until I'm sure what sizing I need from that company.
Product : The jacket looked well made and would have been ideal for my needs however, it was not my size.
