UK Express Delivery - DPD
Express delivery is only available to mainland UK customers. It costs £5.99. We can deliver the next working day if order is placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and select express service your order will be delivered on the Tuesday of that following week. DPD deliver between 9am and 5pm.
DPD will update you of the orders tracking via text message or email. They will also notify you in advance of the delivery time slot, of which you can change if not convenient. Please note we can not accept responsibility for lost goods which are delivered and left without a signature as instructed by the customer.
If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery or an address from which you can collect the parcel.
UK Standard Delivery - Royal Mail - FREE Over £50
This service is just £3.99 per order and you will have your order delivered within 2-4 working days after despatch via Royal Mail 48 (Please note this is not a signed for service). Upon dispatch you will be sent an e-mail containing your official order number and the website link and you will be able to view the status of your parcel.
If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt. The parcel will be taken back to your local postal office awaiting your collection once your produce the collection card.
UK CollectPlus - Fuss Free Way To Receive Your Order - FREE Over £100
The CollectPlus service costs £4.25 per order. Doesn't matter how many items you order, its a one off charge. Its actually a FREE option for orders over £100.
From newsagents to petrol stations and - even train stations, CollectPlus has over 5,800 safe and secure delivery locations for your parcels, these could be your local Co-Op McColls, Budgens or Spar. To find your nearest one, simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk and enter your postcode. Most CollectPlus locations are open late seven days a week so you can pick up your delivery at a time and place that suits you.
Easy to Choose
- 1. At checkout select CollectPlus as your delivery option and choose your nearest shop or pick-up location.
- 2. When your parcel arrives at your chosen CollectPlus location, you'll receive an email or text to say that it's ready for collection. Your message will contain a barcode, please bring this code along with some ID to collect your parcel.
- 3. Collect your parcel when it's convenient to. You'll receive reminder messages but if you don't collect it after 10 days, it will be returned.
How much will a CollectPlus delivery cost?
CollectPlus costs £4.25 on all orders.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
A CollectPlus delivery will arrive in your chosen store in 1 business day. So if you place your order Monday to Friday before 3.00pm it will be delivered within 1 day later to the store of your choice. Please ensure you read the dispatch times when placing an order. Some products will take longer to dispatch and you need to allow for these days.
Note that if ordered Saturday or Sunday it will not be delivered till the following Tuesday. You will receive confirmation from CollectPlus via email and or SMS once your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique collection code. So it is important at checkout to enter a valid mobile telephone number or email address.
Where is my nearest CollectPlus Collection Point?
During checkout, when you select CollectPlus as your delivery method, you will also be able to select your nearest collection point.
Can you advise a time that it will arrive?
Unfortunately a specific time of arrival cannot be given. You will receive an update when it is available to collect.
Are there any locations you cannot deliver to a CollectPlus store?
There are areas that currently collectPlus is unable to deliver to these are: Republic of Ireland , Isle of Man Shetland, Orkney, Scilly Isles and BFPO locations. To find your nearest store, simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk and enter your postcode.
In the case of shortage or damage the carriers receipt must be endorsed and OutdoorLook Informed within 3 days from goods receipt.

365 Day Returns Policy
Return Via CollectPlus
How It Works
Outdoor Look have an arrangement with CollectPlus where you can take your return parcel to your local CollectPlus store (click on the link below to find your nearest store). ColectPlus has over 5800 stores where you can return your items back to.
Simply complete the return details on line, make a payment, take the parcel to the designated store and we’ll refund your receipt.
We have agreed a special rate with CollectPlus which is often cheaper than traditional sources and more convenient

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 365 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us. Please include the original invoice document and complete the reverse tear off slip as instructed. This is your returns ID and without this we can not refund.
If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please call us on 0844 873 82 86 or email email@example.com and we will arrange for DPD to pick the goods up from you. Please note we charge for the collection service, so please check before returning.
Alternatively if it is more convenient for you, please take the goods to your local post office and send them back to us (the address is OutdoorLook t/a Brookes UK Ltd, Union Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 7BN)
It can usually take up to 10 working days (ex weekends and bank holidays) for your return to be delivered back into our warehouse, depending on which postal service your choose to use eg Royal Mail.
We send you an email as soon as we’ve receipted it onto our warehouse system in its original condition & either order your replacements or apply a refund in which case we will send another email to confirm the refund has been processed through our system or the item has been despatched. We endeavour to process all returns within 24/48 hours of receipt but during peak seasonal periods and around Xmas & the New Year, this can take 3-4 days, we appreciate your patience in advance.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. Typically, it can take 5 working days in the UK, depending on your bank / card processor.
N.B.: Carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty. Please note that the carriage cost of sending items to you may be more than amount you were charged for delivery (which in most cases is a subsidised cost).
