Service rating : Don't really know them. Just found the site on the internet when I was looking for a specific problem. .
Product : The reason I have put poor for the jacket is that the toggles on the hood came unstiched when I pulled them for the first time. as this w as one of the few remaining red jackets still available on the internet I decided to keep the jacket anyway, but actually it was faulty.Sorry to hear about the fault with the toggles, you can always return this and we will refund you but i know like you say that we dont have many of the jackets left however we do have 2 in the red at the moment but i cant promise they will be there for long.
Please advise if you would like to return.
