The initial order delivery was excellent! However, I needed to change the size, so used the returns form which indicates you can opt for a credit or an exchange, so I opted for an exchange. When this had not arrived in 3-5 days, I emailed them asking what was happening, and was informed that they do not hold credit card details co could not complete an exchange - which is surprising, as they did credit my card with the original amount - meaning they do hold your details. A lady in their customer services did email me, and we had a conversation when I returned from holiday, and re-ordered my size - which arrived the following day - again excellent service....but the returns form is not factually correct, and should be amended for future use.
Thanks for feedback. We store credit card details against the 1st order only. They are encrypted against your account to protect them. Unfortunately our system will not release them once stored. This is covered with our PCI compliance procedures to protect your details. We are working on new systems which will allow retention and use against returns securely. It is a big frustration of ours right now as pre PCI we could retrieve your details, however, our new system are more secure which is a good thing.
