Service rating : I found it confusing when joining Outdoor Look that you had notifications for both Outdoor Look and Brookes. The order with Orderdoor Look arrived very promptly. Sent some goods back and received several notifications from Outdoor Look and Brookes that the credit had been processed. Allowed a week for the transaction to appear on my credit card but nothing had contacted Outdoor Look by phone on two occasions chasing my credit. It was eventually processed but I was surprised I had to chase my credit.
Product : Gloves were very large and too big for my husband's hands. Returned them.Many thanks for your feedback, I will look into why it's taken so long to process this return. Our current process time if 48 hours from receipt of goods, at the moment we've averaging 36 hours from start to finish. I can only assume we needed to contact you for your card details which are not held in our system for security reasons, We will offer a 10% discount off your next order for the trouble caused. kind regards

As soon as I emailed them, a lovely lady phoned to say that they would send a second order 1st class - no hesitation just great service. How unheard of is this today.
Both parcels did actually arrive on the same day and in time for Christmas. The products were great and the service is A1 - 6 million stars - top of the class.
