£20 delivery charge is much more than actual postage

as yet I have received no reply/answer y to my complaint other than query re size of one garment
Product : Just like winter trousers I have bought before super cut and price lower than I expected ( before £20 delivery charge)

I really wanted in navy as it seemed from Webb site they were available so tried to order in both navy and black but only black transfered to basket. Black trousers are perfect but with delivery charge and if Navy Inka trousers returned NOT such good value

Outdoor Look were very efficient, with the item arriving quickly even after placing my order on a weekend. Ordering was easy and there is plenty of information included on the website for style, and sizing etc. I would definitely buy from them again.

Product : they were wrongly labelled- much smaller than other identical Regatta trousers I owned already. Very disappointed. Couldnt return them as had opened packaging.
