Didn't deliver on timeThank you for your feedback, I have looked into your order and can see that we experienced some difficulties with our courier when changing your delivery address as requested. I'm afraid that when we requested the delivery address to be changed this was not updated by the couriers until we chased this again the following day. This is not something we do very regularly with them as the vast majority of our orders are delivered to the original delivery address within 24 hours, we have taken this up with our couriers and logged as a complaint as obviously this service is available and should of been processed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this error but we are confident that this will not happen again and was unfortunately a human error that was out of our control. Kind Regards.
