it mmay be a computer fault but I needed a size L jacket, but was sent an xxxl jacket. perhaps outdoor could forward a return envelope and replace then item with what I need?

Service rating : The service has been O.K. but please see my comments below.
Product : I have had two of these jackets recently and on both jackets the pocket stitching has split and I have had to mend them with glue and material rather than send them back. I fam beginning to think they are seconds, and if so, we should be told before ordering the jackets.

However if you have anything like this in the future please return to us immediately and we will arrange to either replace or refund you. Please dont try and mend it yourself as we cant accept back once you have done this.The jackets that we sell are certainly NOT SECONDS but if there is a problem with any of the garments we need to know straight away so that we can rectify the problem.

Very pleased with the price, quality and speedy delivery. I wanted to buy two of each item in different colours and sizes but couldn't work out how to do it - it kept just recording the single items. As I didn't want to pay two lots of postage, I just bought the others locally. I am not the world's best on a computer but you might increase sales if it's more obvious how to do it.
