I do not find your service particularly good, im sorry to say. I live in Northern Ireland and was horrified to find that I had to pay an extra £20 p&p. I had to return the coat as it was not a good fit and paid £9.05 which guaranteed next day delivery. To reorder another coat cost another £20 p&p, what an expensive coat it turned out to be. NOT IMPRESSED.Sorry to hear of your feedback, we try and make our delivery charges as clear as possible throughout the site plus our returns policy. Our couriers impose a higher charge for NI, we're looking to reducing the cost of transport to your region.
