Product : I am very pleased with my coat. It is very warm and I got it just in time for the cold snap we are having. It keeps me nice and toasty and is a lovely length, just below my knees. The only negative is that when I take my coat off I have to pick feathers off of my clothes.

Service rating : When I phoned to ask a question about this jacket the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. Delivry service was excellent and the jacket was well packed.
Product : The jacket looks good on and it's lovely and warm but it sheds rather more feathers than it should which is a pity as I have other down / feather jackets and they don't shed nearly as much.

The jacket is cut well and overall it fits nicely but it was far too long for me (I'm 5 ft 3in tall) so I had to have it shortened.

The hood is enormous and no amount of adjusting stopped it from falling right over my eyes, but luckily it's detachable so I've taken it off.

That aside, it's a very nice jacket and it's good value for money so I would recommend it as long as you don't mind the feathers moulting.

Service rating : I paid for next day delivery as I was going away for the weekend but received the coat 2 days late. No-one contacted me to let me know this and I had to chase it up.
Product : The down feathers come out of the coat I bought - on the inside and out - whilst wearing it. This is to the extent that if I wear a black jumper under the coat it gets covered in white feathers. I own a couple of other down coats so I know that is is the not the norm.

Product : The coat is great and very warm which is exactly what i wanted. Unfortunetly!! the hair/fur around the collar keeps coming off on all my clothing and the feathers from inside the padding of the coat keep escaping so feathers keep landing everywher. which is very disappointing. Would be happy to recieve any advice on how to stop this!!!?

Service rating : Outstanding on delivery - less than 48 hours from order, which was a weekend one, to delivery.
Product : Fit and style - excellent. Sadly, quality was very poor. Bit on the thin side despite the tags advising down to warmth ratio as high. But more importantly, the filling is leaking both on the inside and outside. My clothes, car and office seats are decorated with a light covering of fluff or feathers. Took it to a Trespass shop to show them and was advised this is not typical. Call to Outdoor Look offered a freepost return only to examine and pass to manufacturer rather than a refund or exchange. Christmas mail will mean no jacket for several weeks - and its snowing!
