Service rating : No massively impressed to be honest. When I ordered I specified delivery in 2-3 days but a week later nothing arrived. I then had to email customer services and I was curtly told that my items would even be in stock for another week. I was given no recompense whatsoever.
Product : Poorly described compared to the pictures on the site.

Service rating : Very slow, I ordered 2 items, it took over 3 weeks to arrive and I only got 1 of the items I ordered. When I tried the shirt on it was enormous so I sent it back, this is more Carhartt's bad sizing than Outdoor Looks fault.
Product : I'm a large in all my shirts, however when I tried this shirt on, which stated it was large, it's was enormous, it fitted like XXXL. So I sent it back.
