For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle Of Man, the total carriage charge is £20 for orders over 5kg in weight. Delivery may take 3 to 4 business days.

FREE Delivery on orders Over £45. Orders under £45 incur a £3.99 charge for our standard (2-3 business days) or a £5.99 fee for our express delivery service (1-2 business days), which will be added at the checkout unless the product specifically mentions free carriage or a different carriage charge.
There is only one carriage charge for your total order, regardless of how many items you purchase. This is fully refundable in the event of your goods being faulty or not as described*. For Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, the total carriage is £20 for orders over 5kg in weight. Delivery in these regions may take 3 working days.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail or DPD (Parceline). DPD deliver between 9am and 5pm. If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery or an address from which you can collect the parcel. You can type a message in the delivery section, at the end of the order, should you wish the parcel to be left without a signature i.e. at the rear of your property or next door etc. Please note we can not accept responsibility for lost goods which are delivered and left without a signature as instructed by the customer.
In the case of shortage or damage the carriers receipt must be endorsed and OutdoorLook Informed within 3 days from goods receipt.

365 Day Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 365 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us. Please include the original invoice document and complete the reverse tear off slip as instructed. This is your returns ID and without this we can not refund.
If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please call us on 0844 873 82 86 or email sales@outdoorlook.co.ukand we will arrange for DPD to pick the goods up from you. Please note we charge for the collection service, so please check before returning.
Alternatively if it is more convenient for you, please take the goods to your local post office and send them back to us (the address is OutdoorLook t/a Brookes UK Ltd, Unit 5, Cannon Mill, Gunco Lane, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 7JL).
N.B.: Carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty. Please note that the carriage cost of sending items to you may be more than amount you were charged for delivery (which in most cases is a subsidised cost).
Items which feature in our clearance sales are also NON-REFUNDABLE.
